Chance to win a Wal-Mart shopping card!
As a little promo to get things going around here I've decided to give away a $100 shopping card.
The first 1,000 listings are entered for the drawing. That's right, that offers you multiple shots at the card! If you post up 10 items you have 10 chances.
And some basic rules...
- No purchase necessary.
- Void where prohibited by international, federal, state, or local law.
- Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes which may be payable due to receipt of prize.
- Participants may not use sophisticated computer equipment or automation to win the contest. Winners who are found to have used such equipment/software will be disqualified. Illegitimate or spam postings will disqualify the user altogether.
- MyKidsConsignment reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time. All prize award decisions are final. Rules may be changed by MyKidsConsignment at any time during contest.
- Winners must agree to release and hold harmless MyKidsConsignment from claims, liabilities, or legal actions which may arise as a result of winning a prize in the contest.
- Contests are open only to United States residents. Prize will be mailed to a U.S. address only.
- Prizes may not be exchanged, substituted, transferred or redeemed for other prizes by winner. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute for prize.
- Wal-Mart is in no way associated with or endorses this contest.
- The winner will be selected at random shortly after the first 1,000 listings have been posted. The winner will be notified via email to the registered email address of the account. Failure to respond within 2 business days will result in forfeiture of prize.
- By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify MyKidsConsignment against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation, or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.
